- My main task was to prepare a processing pipeline to extract fundamental features from the anonymised EEG recordings within a pilot project titled: “Exploiting routinely collected brain activity to develop a solution for the remote detection of infantile spasms in babies” funded by a research seed call from the Bayes Centre.
- 2021 - 2022: Computational Neuroscience Intern, Institute of Scientific Instruments of the Czech Academy of Sciences
- During my internship, I was working on the improvement of a multi-feature SVM model for epileptic foci localisation.
- 2019 - 2022: Data Scientist, Aize
- I was responsible for the development and improvement of analytical services for the Oil & Gas industry. My main goal was to process and interpret data from industry-specific devices to identify and predict anomalies using machine learning techniques.
- 2018 - 2019: Software Developer, ClickIQ
- I developed new features of an automated job advertising platform. My Master’s degree dissertation titled “Machine learning application to forecast job performance across a network of UK job boards” was related to this position.

I was involved in the following parts of the project: data lake usage, data cleaning, modification of the existing neural network setup, and general programming issues.
